The master gives himself up
to whatever the moment brings.
He knows that he is going to die,
and he has nothing left to hold on to:
no illusions in his mind,
no resistances in his body.
He doesn’t think about his actions;
they flow from the core of his being.
He holds nothing back from life;
therefore he is ready for death,
as a man is ready for sleep
after a good day’s work.
FUCK YOU, BLOGGER.

You are Yoda! “Do or do not. There is no try”.
Of course, I’m probably fucking up that quote because I’m not one of those Stars Wars people. But you get my meaning. You are totally the Jedi Master of blogging.

Very nice. I think you should view your asterisk as a medal of honor, not a stain.
Many a lesser blogger would have thrown up his or her hands and said, “Aw, fuck it! It’s only blogging fer chrissakes!” Not you.
Wear that asterisk with pride.

I was getting worried. I kept checking back all day and you had posted nothing. “Was she dropping out? The woman who started it all.” Good for you for not letting Blogger fuck it up.

I could say the same about TypePad recently. Since November actually. Maybe NaBloPoMo is so popular it’s crashing all the blog sites in the world!

I want a NaBloMoPo Seal with an asterisk in the middle of it.
Nice job Fussy!!

Now that’s dedication, M. Kennedy! I, too, kept checking back at Fussy.org until midnight on the west coast (about the time I finally got my post up yesterday). I’m rather fond of WordPress, myself; I left Blogger for WP some time ago.

WordPress rocks! (.org, not to be confused with .com which is slightly lacking in the customization area…)

I too started a WordPress blog earlier this month since I assumed my participation in this little experiment would be more enjoyable sans Blogger but like a beaten woman came crawling back for more.
It’s even more depressing knowing that I have a WordPress blog out there that lies unused and unappreciated while I slave away at Blogger bi-second outtages.
Glad you posted though! I would hate for a NaBloPoMo fanatic to take you up on your slogan and shoot you because of your failure to produce!
